Cancellation Policy

Appointment Deposits

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your appointment.

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

When proper notice is given, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in the loss of the deposit.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit any deposit paid.

Future appointments may require full prepayment.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on provider availability.

Late arrivals remain responsible for the full appointment fee.

Mobile Appointments

Mobile appointments require additional scheduling and travel coordination.

Late cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a mobile appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit and any applicable travel fees.

Refund Policy

All services provided by The Beauty Edge are non-refundable.

If you have concerns regarding your treatment, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may evaluate your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution.

Right to Refuse Service

The Beauty Edge reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying inappropriate, abusive, threatening, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.
